Description : ScopeThe Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult is new Not for Profit organisation headquartered in South Wales and focused on helping industry exploit advances in CS technologies to make new technologies in a range of sectors a reality. We are here to help the UK economy grow, and we work across the UK with a range of industry sectors from automotive to medical, and from digital communications to aerospace. We have a simple Organisational structure, one UK site with onsite and homeworking. We have circa 100 employees, all salaried with no overtime. We require a system that will be able to support the HR needs of the business and be able to grow and develop as the company expands. The aim of the system is to be able to end to end manage all HR related process with automation of processes for ease of use. Integration is required with Microsoft Teams and the option to integrate with a Payroll system if it does not have one of its own would be beneficial.
