Winchester
In addition, the LAA is inviting Tenders to deliver HLPAS from 1 September 2025 under the 2024 Contract for the following HLPAS Areas:

Bury St Edmunds
Grimsby
Guildford
Lancaster
Wigan
Wolverhampton
