- The Ealing Highways and Transport Services Framework Contract (the Framework) will provide highways and transport-related consultancy support to LB Ealing, and all other interested London local government authorities via access agreement. The Framework comprises four separate lots:
• Lot 1 - Bridge inspections
• Lot 2 - Condition surveys
• Lot 3 - General engineering
• Lot 4 - Flood management
