- THis contract is required to ensure that Loreburn communal spaces are kept tidy and maintained. This will only cover communal spaces and does not include individual gardens. The successful contractor will be required to maintain the areas to a good standard and work with Loreburn and our tenants to improve some areas.The nature of the contract is to select a single supplier for each geographical lot to deliver regular grounds maintenance to our residents on their properties.Suppliers will be able to apply to provide the service across one or both of the geographic lots which have been divided in to two:- Lot 1 - West: DG5 -DG9- Lot 2 - East: DG1 - DG4 / DG10 - DG13 / DG16You will be instructed to identify which lots you want to deliver in as part of the tendering process.Lot 1 Estimated value 125,000 GBPLot 2 Estimated value 110,000 GBPContract period: 2+2 years
