Abstract: Our main objective is to appoint a single provider of a Management Information System, delivered using acloud hosted or software as a service (SaaS) model for use by the Trust and its schools. The single MISsolution must support from Nursery to Year 13.Key strategic objectives for the project include:● Supporting consistent approaches to data collection, management and communication across allschools● Providing centralised management and visibility of key functions, reporting and data across the Trust● Using automation opportunities to reduce manual administrative tasks and improve efficiency ofcommunications● Addressing the requirements of all stakeholder groups● To work towards a single point of truth for all data across the Trust
