- Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the re-covering of pitched roof coverings to two and three storey flat blocks at various locations within the Colchester District.
All documents should be read in conjunction with each other to ensure a clear understanding of the objectives and comply with the requirements of the relevant CBH Materials and Workmanship Specification, all relevant British Standards, manufacturers installation recommendations, specialist specifications and drawings ref: 51794, 51795, 51954 & 51955.
This opportunity has been split into two separate Lots:
Lot 1: 3 Storey Blocks
Lot 2: 2 Storey Blocks
Bidders may bid for either Lots or both Lots. The council when evaluating the bids will decide whether to appoint 1 to 2 contractors to undertake the separate Lots.
