Abstract: Rotherham Council is seeking to procure one or more developers to undertake council-led delivery of new homes, of which 100% will be made available for council rent. The aim is to unlock opportunities to deliver much needed high-quality and affordable housing in Rotherham.The Council are engaging in soft market testing to gain knowledge and insight from the market to inform the development of the Council's specification and other relevant information to aid a competitive procurement procedure.
