Abstract: Powys County Council (the Council) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, competent and experienced providers for the provision of a stray dog collection and kennelling service within the county of Powys. This service is potentially required for a period of 3 years with options to extend beyond this.You would be required to provide a suitably located stray dog kennel facility for the exclusive use of Powys County Council constructed and managed to licensable standards, including the provision of isolation facilities.
