Abstract: The people in this serviceCohort characteristics:• Complex physical and mental health characteristics and needs of individuals include but not limited to; Wheelchair users, Autism and Aspergers, Dementia, Hearing Impairment, Visual Impairment, Learning Disability, Mental Health, Personality Disorder, Physical Disability, Poor Physical Health • High risk/very high risk of causing harm and self-harm.• Diverse offence typology - including people on probation who are registered sex offenders and convicted Arsonists.• Both Male and Female service provision.Referral routes for service cohort:• Direct from custody• Planned move on from Approved Premises• As part of restrictive community sentences• Secure facility / hospital discharges - including step down forensic services• Referral route at any point during statutory supervisionAccommodationA provider shall have access to a range of appropriate properties (funded through benefit recov...
