Abstract: This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated Works of Adaptations (WOA) Framework AgreementTai Tarian is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up in March 2011 to manage, maintain and improve over 9,000 properties spread throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough.Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single or multiple contractors under a Framework Agreement to deliver internal and external property adaptations works such as shower/bath aids and adaptations, paths and paving, access facilities, grab rails, handrails and balustrades, installation of stairlifts, plumbing works and associated structural works.It is anticipated that the annual value of the Framework Agreement will be in the region of 500k, subject to confirmation of our requirements.Interested contractors are invited to attend a ‘Meet the Buyer- session, held on Friday 2nd February 2024 at Tai Tarian-s head office, Ty Gwyn.The session will allow interested contractors the opportunity to meet with Tai Tarian-s representatives to gain an understanding of our requirements.
