This is to commence a competitive tender process to procure a Lead Design Organisation Framework over the next 8 years, under an NR27 NEC4 PROFESSIONAL SERVICE SHORT FRAMEWORK CONTRACT (PSSC Framework) for the Transpennine Route Upgrade project 2bc. This will be a nil value framework for 8 years and will be utilised solely for the TRU programme. It will be a single supplier on the framework.

Abstract: The Network Rail “Hub” Engineering Team will be responsible for design integration and assurance for the W2bc project. The team will be split into two; the Integration Hub and the Engineering Assurance Team. The Integration Hub is responsible for the integration of all Design Organisations (designs and management of these as produced in the 3D BIM environment).
