Abstract: Scottish Procurement is considering establishing a framework for the provision of Intelligent Automation (IA) Services which will be available to Scottish Government agencies and directorates and other Scottish public sector organisations and third sector bodies. The scope of this collaborative arrangement is still being developed but it is likely to include intelligent automation training and development, including coaching and mentoring of staff in IA; intelligent automation software and licencing; technical support; consultancy and expert support and assistance although this may be subject to change as the strategy develops.
