Abstract: The scope for the Framework will be the delivery of a broad range of professional services for rail infrastructure projects, including the following: Strategic network studies in relation to the Northern Ireland Railways network (e.g., examining potential enhancement projects or new technologies) Design services in relation to the following disciplines: Signalling and Telecoms (S&T) Electrification and Plant (E&P) Systems Permanent Way Overhead Line Electrification (OLE) Civils and Structural Undertaking the role of Lead Designer / Consultant on multi-disciplinary rail projects Cost estimating and benchmarking NEC Project Management / Supervision Suppliers will be required to have the capability to undertake all the scope items outlined above.
