Abstract: Coventry City Council (the Council) is planning to go out to tender for the provision of Healthwatch Coventry Services and NHS Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS). We require a single organisation to provide both independent services locally.The current agreement in place for this service expires at the end of July 2024 and the new contract shall commence in August 2024. The Council would like to engage with Providers regarding the recommissioning of the Healthwatch Coventry Services and the IHCAS, considering the new Integrated Health and Care system to give it an opportunity to consider different models and possible outcomes for Coventry residents.The Council would like to meet with organisations, that might be interested in delivering this service either individually or in partnership with others, to participate in pre-procurement market engagement.Pre-procurement market engagement ...
