Clyde Valley Group are seeking to consult with prospective bidding Contractor-s in relation to an upcoming opportunity for new multi-Lot Responsive Repairs, Roofing Repairs, Groundworks & Fencing, General Builder Services and Void Property Works Contracts to existing housing and flatted properties throughout North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire. The contracts may also include requirements for an out of hours call handling and emergency repairs make safe services.
