Abstract: Network Rail requires suppliers who are capable of undertaking waste collection and disposal services as and when required by Network Rail-s Aggregates Handling Depot (AHD) and Material Handling Depots (MHD) sites1.The Supplier shall employ best practicable environmental options in their handling of the waste. No waste shall be disposed of direct to landfill from the NR-s 9 Aggregate Handling Depots (AHDs) and 3 Materials Handling Depots (MHDs).
