Abstract: Dover Harbour Board wish to appoint one (or more) partner(s) to develop and deliver long term strategies for the wider implementation of digitisation and automation with the Port of Dover. The first stage of this is the design and build of a common check-in software platform to support a multi ferry operator environment, enabling all customer processing duties to be carried out at check-in booths for freight and tourist passengers.This project will include an initial pilot phase in the current port environment and then rollout to a new upscaled production environment.
