Description : South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide Small Works & Repair services to Facilities managed sites. These small works and repair services include, but may not be limited to, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating and General Building and Roofing Repairs. Facilities currently managed below sites, but the tender requirements may require any future sites which SCDC purchase that will be managed by the Facilities Department.Current Facilities Managed Sites• South Cambridgeshire Hall - Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, CB23 6EA• Over Hub - Flat 13 Elm Court, off Dring Close, Over, CB24 5SB• Great Shelford Hub - 10 Chaston Road, Acacia Court, Great Shelford, CB22 5APThe requirements of this tender are to provide the Facilities Department at SCDC with the specified services on an adhoc/as required basis.
