Description:
The framework will provide services for emergency accommodation for households that need housing, where it has been determined there is a statutory duty to accommodate or, where there is no duty, a specific legislative power to accommodate is being used by the Council. The service is required to meet the Local Authorities statutory obligation to provide emergency accommodation appropriate to the service users level of need. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION TO TENDER. THIS NOTICE SERVES TO INFORM THE MARKET OF OUR INTENTION TO TENDER LATER IN 2025. THIS NOTICE ALSO SERVES TO ALERT THE MARKET TO PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENTS TO BE HELD IN THE COMING WEEKS.
