Lot 1: Sunderland West
Lot 2: Sunderland North
Lot 3: Sunderland East
Lot 4: Washington
Lot 5: Coalfield
Lot 6: City Wide Telephony and digital offer
The winning bidder for each of the above Lots will be appointed as the sole provider on the Locality Based Welfare Rights Advice Service Framework.
An initial call off contract for each of the 6 Lots is intended to be awarded for a period of 2 (two) years.
