Description : Bruton Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified companies to become the preferred contractor to undertake the design and construction of a new sensitively designed concrete skatepark to replace an existing metal ramp in Jubilee Park, Bruton. The contractor must have proven and demonstrable experience in similar projects and the wide ranging skill-base to achieve the various elements of the contract, to include client and user group liaison, assistance with fundraising, design, planning application, construction and installation of a skatepark, health & safety management and defect diagnosis.Companies from which Bruton Town Council procures goods and services must demonstrate that all practicable steps are being taken to allow equal access and equal treatment in employment and service delivery, as appropriate to the nature of the contract. Companies must additionally demonstrate an excellent health and safety record.
