Description:
We are seeking qualified suppliers who are able to provide weekday school drop-off and collection car transport services. This will involve transporting students from their homes or safe locations to their place of education and then collecting them from their place of education for return to their home or a safe location. This is a provision put in place by our SEND team. So there are students with additional needs and requirements.

Key Requirements:

*Provision of transport services for up to 190 schools in and around the district.

*The supplier must have or provide travel assistants or coordinate with school T.A.s to ensure student safety and support during transit.

*The service must be available on weekdays with flexibility to accommodate various school schedules.
*The current spend on this service is circa £1.3m+, and we expect this arrangement to be long-term.

*We are requesting interested suppliers to express their interest by completing the Part A form in the documents set attached to this message and returning it to us by [Insert Deadline Date].
