East Devon District Council Request the provision of works of resurfacing 2No. car parks as below:

Foxholes Car Park is located in Exmouth (SY01234 79976) with entrance and exit access via Queen-s Drive. The tarmac surfaced car park has a linear raised kerbed walkway running north to south with a vehicle ramp to access the east portion of the car park. A newly installed public toilet resides on the western face of the car park.
Two pedestrian ramps provide access from the north west corner of the car park to elevated chalets buildings.
The car park-s surfacing has multiple potholes and large areas of scouring which requires full resurfacing, last undertaken in 2004. There have also been utility trench excavations with subsequent resurfacing leading to separation and further deterioration.
The existing levels fall from north to south, feeding to 2No. drainage gullies on the eastern portion, 1No. by the pedestrian walkway and the entrance bellmouth in the western portion of the car park.

Land of Canaan (Canaan Way) Car Park is located in Ottery St Mary (SY09520 95571) with entrance and exit access via Fairmile Lane. The car park is bisected by a brick paving road providing access to both southern and northern portions. There is dense vegetation and mature trees surrounding the car park as well as 3No. vegetation islands with shrubbery and tress varying in size.
