Description : The Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Newham and Havering are seeking early market engagement relating to the provision of a cross borough East-London public cycle share scheme specifically in the London Boroughs of Newham, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, and Havering. The authorities may require the provision, operation, management and maintenance of a public cycle share scheme under a bespoke concessions services contract. The public cycle share scheme should be cost neutral to the boroughs and should have boroughwide coverage in all four boroughs.
