Description : The University Hospitals Birmingham is seeking to engage with suppliers interested in its upcoming requirement for the provision of an E-Portfolio Solution for Nurses.The trust employs around 10,000 nurse practitioners and we are committed to investing in their development and wellbeing.Currently, some nurses do not even have guaranteed access to a manual portfolio. This often puts them at a disadvantage when trying to move forward in their career. Those that do have paper portfolios, encounter administration difficulties. A UHB E Portfolio would enable nurses to have a single standardised system where they can record their achievements.It would also help to standardise the support processes for the nurses, as all supervisors will be working to the same set of standards. This will really help to increase the recruitment and retention of nurses within the Trust.
