CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation for the provision of door entry repairs and breakdowns on a 24hr 365-day contract to predominately communal blocks of flats.
The majority of homes are owned by CHP but some work will be to properties owned by other organisations that CHP are in Contract to provide management and repair services.
The Contractor shall have systems in place to ensure resolution of all issues, faults and problems upon first visit.
