Altering and adapting the raft apron
Trench fill under underpinning between cross walls to be carried out by CPBC nominated underpinning company.
Forming a cavity wall comprising of an outer skin of brickwork and an inner skin in timber cladding with insulation in fill

Installation of new PVC doors and windows by CPBC nominated window installer.
INTERNAL WORKS
Removal of all ceilings throughout the property by CPBC nominated Asbestos removal company.
Re boarding and plaster skim all ceilings throughout the property
