Abstract: 1.1 IntroductionSwansea Councils Special Events Team organise large scale events, the programme of events covers many venues in outdoor parks and spaces throughout Swansea.The scale of each event varies from 200 to 250,000 people. To facilitate these events we need to hire a variety of temporary power installations..We are looking for a contractor that is reliable, able to supply a variety of generator sizes and associated electrical distribution, sometimes in large quantities, has excellent customer service, good quality equipment, sustainable credentials, experience and equipment and an excellent attitude for health and safety.1.2 ScopeThe contract for temporary event power will cover a 3-year period of events from 1st June 2021 to 31st March 2024 with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
