- The Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced, and innovative consultants to produce and consult upon a Masterplan/Visioning document for each of two areas of regeneration in the Bootle area.
The Council are currently in the process of producing a Bootle Area Action Plan (AAP), which is a land use planning document that, once adopted, will form part of the Council's Development Plan.
