Transform: Convert the underpass from a utilitarian space into an attractive and engaging public asset. Increasing positive perception of public and visitor impressions of Didcot when entering the Town through these key arterial spaces

Reflect local identity: Incorporate elements that celebrate the history, culture, and character of the Didcot community. Enriching local identity, pride and sense of belonging.

Create a lasting legacy: Produce durable and low-maintenance artwork that will enhance the underpass for years to come. Resulting in a lasting piece of public art that fosters community pride.
