- Weston-super-Mare Town Council (WSMTC) is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to undertake the operation and management of the café at the Old Town Quarry, which is a hub for community arts and culture set in a beautiful natural environment in the heart of Weston-super-Mare. This is an exciting opportunity as the Quarry moves to a new phase of operation, opening summer 2025. The organisation will need to have proven and demonstrated experience in similar projects and the wide-ranging skill bases to achieve the various elements required to ensure the running of the café (over 7 days a week) is successful and enhances the offer of site.
