We are seeking to procure a collections management system which combines our (currently separate) archives and local studies library catalogues into one system. The system should support ISAD(G) and MARC cataloguing standards and incorporate media files. The catalogues should present as a fully searchable online user interface. The contract will include setup, design, implementation, data migration, licensing, testing and training for the project team.
