- Tenders are invited for Mid Ulster District Council (the Council) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and licensed contractors to collect, process and recycle / recover scrap metal and lead acid batteries from Household Waste Recycling Centres across the district. Mid Ulster District Council currently operates a three bin collection system for all households in the district. They are Residual Waste (Black Bin), Mixed Dry Recyclables (Blue Bin) and Biodegradable Waste (Brown Bin).
