1. Introduction The Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) is conducting preliminary market engagement to inform the establishment of a dynamic market for digital training providers, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The dynamic market will facilitate the procurement of high-quality training services to meet the cyber, digital, data, and technology training needs across public sector organisations in Wales. Suppliers will be expected to understand and adhere to the Digital Service Standard for Wales. The total value of the dynamic market is estimated to be £4.5 million VAT Inclusive over its lifetime with no prescribed end date at present. This engagement aims to: Understand the market's capacity and capabilities to deliver diverse digital training services. Gather supplier feedback to refine the structure and requirements of the dynamic market. Encourage participation from a wide range of suppliers, including micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and new entrants. Ensure the procurement process is fair, transparent, and delivers value for money. Participation in this engagement is voluntary and does not constitute a commitment to participate in the subsequent procurement process, nor does it confer any advantage or disadvantage in future tendering. 2.
