- Chelmsford City Council is tendering on behalf of 3 local authorities for the provision of CCTV Capital Works and/or a maintenance. The procurement process will be an open procedure for the provision of new equipment, including installation and integration with the current system, and the establishment of a maintenance agreement for the current system alongside the maintenance of the enhanced equipment.
