- The requirement is to produce a Historic Environment Study comprising of Conservation Area Appraisals, the review of Luton's local heritage list including its registered parks and gardens, scheduled monuments and potential archaeological sites to provide the baseline of the historic environment in Luton. Additionally, there is also the requirement to produce Heritage Impact Assessments for site allocations to be included in the new Local Plan. It is likely that the council will also require Conservation Area Management Plans to be produced, however, this will be reviewed once tenders have been received and confirmed before the award.
