- Blackpool Council is looking to appoint suitably qualified and highly experienced global consultants to promote a strategically important leisure development opportunity to investors that exists right in the heart of the resort, adjacent to the iconic Blackpool Tower and incorporating land on its famous Golden Mile.
The appointed consultancy team will be required to lead on the marketing of the site and supporting the Council in identifying the most appropriate use for the site and securing appropriate high quality investor/developer interests.
