- Fire safety in WDH High Rise Buildings is critical when protecting lives and assets. Bin Chutes and Associated Equipment are an integral part of the building, and Chutes can transfer flame and smoke very quickly through a building in the event of a fire. WDH have a policy to ensure that Bin Chutes are periodically inspected, serviced and maintained to reduce the risk of a fire occurring, to minimise the damage a fire may cause and to reduce the risk of injury or death to our employees or residents.
