Description : NTW Solutions Limited is part of the Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust Group. It is a subsidiary company which is wholly owned by the Trust to provide the Trust with estates, facilities, procurement and financial and workforce transaction services. NTW Solutions came into operation on 1 April 2017.An opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Ltd capital programme to assist our experienced team and play a key role in delivering an important dual buildings refurbishment scheme providing inpatient mental health, occupational therapy and office accommodation. As such we require an experienced and enthusiastic principal building contractor to plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the construction works as described in the project information. The contractor will be responsible for providing all of the material, labour / specialist subcontractors, equipment and Health & Safety services necessary for the construction of the project.
