- Bath and North East Somerset wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of the ASC Memory Enhancement Support (MES) Services . The procurement is run in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, Light Touch Regime (LTR) above-threshold, one stage tender. The service provides a structured and person-centred community-based service for people who are living with dementia in B&NES. There will be 2 levels to the service, one for people with mild to moderate dementia and one which will have a higher ratio of staff and can support people with more complex dementia. The service will be welcoming in character, and the Provider will ensure that dementia-sensitive design principles for the environment are adhered to.
