Abstract: The successful tenderer will supply all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the licensed catering venues of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. The main sites for delivery will be King Georges Hall, Blackburn and Darwen Library Theatre.All necessary equipment needed for the dispensing of drinks must be provided on loan, free of charge, by the successful tenderer. Any required training for the operation of such equipment should also be provided free of charge by the successful tenderer.
