project description - northern ireland electricity networks (nie networks) seeks to appoint contractor(s) for the installation of heating, lighting and power services to substations. This contract shall be divided into 2 lots: lot 1 – installation of heating, lighting and power services in substations lot 2 – installation of heating, lighting and power services within a potential explosive atmosphere tenderers have the opportunity to bid for either one or both lots. It is nie networks` intention to award a framework agreement to 1 contractor per lot.
