Abstract: Nod y prosiect yw cynyddu caffael cynnyrch Cymreig gan y sector cyhoeddus yng Nghymru gyda ffocws penodol ar ddarpariaeth prydau ysgol awdurdodau lleol.Bydd hyn yn cael ei gyflawni drwy weithio gydag o leiaf 5 awdurdod lleol ledled Cymru i adolygu eu fframwaith cyflenwi presennol a-u darpariaeth bwydlenni i ddatblygu bwydlen newydd sy-n cynnwys mwy o gynnyrch a chyflenwyr Cymreig.Bydd gwersi a ddysgwyd ac arfer gorau yn cael eu rhannu gyda darparwyr prydau ysgol yn y sector cyhoeddus a phreifat yn unol â pholisi Llafur Cymru - Plaid Cymru ar gyfer prydau ysgol am ddim i bawb yng Nghymru.Rydym yn chwilio i ganfod cefnogaeth arbenigol i gefnogi'r cynllun yn ei gyfanrwydd.The aim of the project is to increase procurement of Welsh products by the public sector in Wales with a specific focus on local authority school meal provision. This will be achieved by working with a minimum of 5 local authorities across Wales to review their existing supply framework and menu provision to develop a new menu that incorporates more Welsh produce and suppliers.
