City of York Council is preparing to launch a tender process to establish an Approved Provider List (APL) 4 for the delivery of Community-Based Services across York. This notice is issued to inform potential providers of the upcoming opportunity and to support early engagement. The APL will enable the Council to commission flexible, person-centred services that promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion for residents of all ages and backgrounds.
