The previous procurement (DN549016) has been abandoned due to the process not being sufficiently competitive. The Council is now re-advertising the contract in a new procurement (DN586659) under the provisions of Regulation 27 (Open procedure - Regulations 27(4) and 27(5) accelerated procedure).Without prejudice to the procurement exercise the Council would welcome your interest to participate.Cornwall Council wishes to commission a Provider to ensure high quality alternative education is provided for children and young people, through a partnership approach with a number of providers to ensure a range of high quality, cost effective provision in Cornwall, which enables a flexible approach and range of provision based on the needs and circumstances of the young people who require this service.
