Abstract: This advert describes the requirements Bridgend County Borough Council (the Council) has for a housing related support service based at Brynmenyn House, Abergarw Road, Brynmenyn, CF32 9LF. Brynmenyn House is project owned by the Council and provides 16 units of accommodation to households who are homeless and temporarily accommodated by the Council-s Housing Solutions team.Traditionally the project has accommodated families, young persons aged 16-18 and vulnerable adults who are experiencing homelessness. In order to support the Council-s response to the Covid 19 pandemic the project has increasingly accommodated single person households.
