- This is for a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, interest (Expressions of interest) can be registered here, and which will then allow a Request for Information (RFI) document/questionnaire to be completed as detailed below (THE RFI RESPONSE DEADLINE IS 16/05/2025, although the Expression of interest window may be kept open beyond this date).

ESPO are conducting a scoping exercise with the intention of establishing a multi-supplier framework with national coverage for the supply of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) and other liquified gas fuels, in both bulk and cylinder form.
The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
ESPO is seeking to engage with providers of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) as part of this preliminary market engagement exercise to help shape its procurement strategy.
