Description:
This is for a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, interest (Expressions of interest) is being sought for this here, and for a Request for Information survey to be completed as detailed below (the engagement period for this is due to end on 31/05/2025, although the Expression of interest window may be kept open beyond this).

A national multi-lot framework agreement for vehicle charging infrastructure solutions utilised by ultra-low and zero emission vehicles, including supply and installation of electric vehicle charging points (standard/fast/rapid/ultra-fast) and related services.

The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 2 years (24 months), with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (24 months). The total estimated value stated includes the option period.

The Request for Information associated with this preliminary market engagement will survey Suppliers to determine if there have been any changes to the market, their capacity to meet the framework requirements, any potential risks in the market and feedback on ESPO-s proposed procurement strategy.
