- Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of public sector buyers listed within this notice would like to carry out preliminary market engagement in relation to its e-procurement solution. It should be noted that at this stage Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority are being named as potential users but currently have separate agreements which may mean they explore alternative routes or not participate in any resultant procurement process. This market engagement exercise will assist the Council in determining the next steps in developing any potential procurement documentation, the functionality of the systems available and routes to market including the use of any Framework Agreements if relevant.
