This Will Provide A Suitable Package Of Accommodation And Support To Meet The Individual Needs Of A Young Person And Support Their Transition To Living Independently. The Local Authorities Are Seeking To Commission Provision Within Or Close To West Yorkshire, Providers Should Have Provision That Is Located In The Boundary Of West Yorkshire, That Is Within 15 Miles Of The Local Authority Boundary For Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds Or Wakefield.
